Thursday Mom and I went to Target so I could pose for 18-month pictures. I have to say, we got some very good shots. We'll share them with you when they become available. After pictures we came home for lunch and nap time. When I woke up from nap time, Mom took me outside to play. While I was sleeping, she had raked lots of piles of leaves for me to play in. Here are some cute pics of my outdoor adventures...
On Friday, Mom took me back to daycare so she could join Grandma Jan and Aunt Jenni at the Women of Faith conference. They had a break in the afternoon so Grandpa Bob, Megan, Nate, Uncle John, Dad and I headed to St. Paul to meet them for dinner. We got to play at a park before going to the restaurant.
Mom and I played on a crazy bridge that wiggled all over the place. Talk about testing a toddler's gross motor skills and muscle control!
Aunt Jenni did a spider swing with me. That was cool!
Dad even got in on the fun and had Nate spin him on the Spinning Monster. He didn't last long though. (Between you and me, I've got a couple sally parents and I don't know who is going to be able to go on rides with me at Valleyfair someday.)
Saturday Mom went to Women of Faith during the day but came home before dinner. Dad left then to go out for Guys' Night. It's something he does about once a year with all his guy friends. Mom and I hung out at home and walked over to the park for some serious climbing and fun. (Sorry, but Mom forgot the camera so no pictures of that.)
Sunday morning Mom and I made pancakes, sausage and eggs for breakfast. It was YUMYUM! I scarfed down two pancakes, 1.5 sausages and a scoop of eggs. If I had my say, every meal would be breakfast.
After making a serious breakfast, we had serious cleaning to do. So Mom and I donned our aprons and got to work. Grandma Jan made my apron for me complete with a big "N" for my favorite football team. (Nebraska Huskers for those that haven't figured that out yet.)
Now it's the end of our long weekend. Tomorrow Mom goes back to work. I go back to daycare. And Dad flies to Dallas, Texas for three days. We're going to miss him a lot. Mom and I manage to get by on our own, but life is COMPLETE when Dad is here. I'll see him Thursday morning when I wake up and I'm going to give him lots and lots and lots and lots of kisses!
TTFN,
Shnoogy Boogy (That's what Mom was calling me all weekend. She's special.)

Oh, Taylor, I do love you! Your pictures are so cute and I was glad to see that you kept your apron on! Isn't fall such a beautiful time of the year? I can't wait to see you again.
Love-
Grandma Jan
